The Hazel Project supports people living on the streets of Southampton and those part of the street community. We help those addicted to drugs or alcohol apply to rehabilitation units; we also support people with transport, completing forms, clothes and general provisions.  

Since the Covid-19 crisis began many of our rough sleepers have been moved into Hotels or B&B's by Southampton City Council. We are continuing our work, offering spiritual and emotional support. We also signpost individuals to other agencies as needed.

We work closely with Street Pastors, Southampton homeless Prevention team, Homeless Vulnerable Adult Support Team and Above Bar Church.
