Caraway - Hope in the unknown
Although the past few months has had its challenges in supporting older and more vulnerable people, we’re proud to share the work that Caraway has achieved throughout lockdown, as well as their plans going forward. Here’s what they had to say:
Drivers - we need you!
Drivers are core to so much of what we do at Love Southampton, and our need for them is increasing. As the lockdown eases and furlough schemes come to an end, some of our volunteers are returning to work. We’re keen to keep serving the city, with food banks and delivery services continuing to run - but for that to happen, we need drivers.
Southampton Comes Together…
“Throughout this difficult time, I’ve been involved in getting food out to people across Southampton, in partnership with Love Southampton. I wanted to share with you what work we’ve been doing, and highlight the amazing collaboration happening across our city to help those in need.
